We Fight for Everyone Else…Why Not Ourselves?

We all have a tendency to put others first, even when we are fighting our own battles. In doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. As a single professional woman, two-time breast cancer survivor, entrepreneur, mother and grandmother I reached a point in my life where I started putting myself first. It took a long time to get there-and it wasn’t easy-but I am so happy that I did.

Breast cancer changed my life and in that process, I began to recognize a strength I didn’t know I had.
